Rob’s practice focuses on construction-related litigation. An accomplished trial attorney, he has substantial experience representing owners and design professionals in complex high exposure litigation. His background includes roles as Staff Counsel for Travelers, Assistant Director of Law for the City of Cleveland, Ohio, and General Counsel for Middough, a News Record Top 200 engineering firm. He has successfully prosecuted and defended multi-million dollar construction claims. His strength is his industry knowledge and developing strategies and arguments for every case. He is admitted in New York and Ohio and handles matters in state and federal court.
Rob enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for the New York Mets and the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame.
