Robert is an accomplished trial attorney focusing his practice in the areas of tort and insurance litigation. In particular, he handles automobile, property and casualty matters, and Labor Law §200 and §240 cases. He is well-known for defending commercial carriers and car and truck rental companies against fraudulent bodily injury, no-fault and property damage claims. Working closely with Special Investigation Units (SIU), law enforcement and field investigators, he has been instrumental in combating fraud on behalf of the transportation and insurance industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert successfully built his own firm from scratch to represent Fortune 1000 companies in the car rental industry, a major telecommunications company, TPAs and small businesses. He then transitioned in-house, working at Zurich and Farmers Insurance before returning to law firm practice.
